Clara Yates is a British trance & EDM vocalist, songwriter & DJ currently residing in Melbourne, Australia. She has been staple of the Melbourne nightlife scene as a DJ for the past 2 decades however she is best known for her vocal collaborations with artists such as Richard Durand, Jorn van Deynhoven, RAM, Talla 2XLC, ReOrder, Ciaran McAuley, Darren Porter, Jordan Suckley, Ferry Tayle, XiJaro & Pitch, Ralphie B, Ashley Wallbridge, Denis Kenzo and many more.

In 2018, she wrote "Why" dedicated to her late mother Andrea, who sadly took her own life in 2006. 'Why' was produced by Giuseppe Ottaviani and was crowned Future Favorite on A State of Trance #892.

Clara was nominated as Best Female Trance Artist of 2020 alongside Christina Novelli, Alessandra Roncone, Nifra & Maria Healy by The International Dance Music Awards Miami.
