Black Hole Recordings presents new distribution labels
After the Subculture radio show and the Subculture compilation, John O’Callaghan took his next Subculture step, starting its label outlet in 2010. Now, with 50 + releases to its name, Subculture has established itself as one of the world’s foremost homes of tenacious, energetic trance.
The label casa of Denver duo the Manufactured Superstars, Manufactured Music is home to the pair’s multifarious electronic music sound. Covering house, electro, progressive and all points in between, Manufactured Music’s fielded tracks from Trent Cantrelle, EC Twins, Jquintel & Jerziel Quintela and numerous significant others.
The newest of the labels to be distributed by Black Hole Recordings, [RIDE] Recordings is already making substantial waves. The brainchild of Hungarian duo Myon & Shane 54, the label is now the platform of choice for the pair’s signature melodic, uplifting trance sound. Featuring exceptional vocalists, bright new production talent and cutting edge remixers, [RIDE]’s output has taken the electronic music world by storm in 2013.
Solarstone, already a household name in the trance industry, is also the label owner of both Touchstone Recordings and Molecule. Touchstone Recordings has grown to be a well-known trance and progressive house label whereas Molecule has the focus on experimental, progressive and, occasionally, a little techno.
Last but not least is Roger Shah’s Magic Island Records, platform for a lot of upcoming productions and collaborations with his buddies from the international EDM scene. As an A&R for the label Roger signs new talents and projects according to his own personal music taste and with the feel of his unique “balearic” style.
You can imagine we’re really proud to have all four of these in our roster and fully support all releases. Hopefully you’ll enjoy their music as much as we do!
